About TBEY

TBEY Arts Center was founded in 2000 by Milwaukeean Contessa Lobley at the age of 16 to provide arts education to students who would not otherwise have access to the arts. Over 23 years later, TBEY is a thriving grassroots non-profit impacting hundreds of Milwaukee kids each year. TBEY works with underserved youth to provide them with mentorship opportunities and an outlet for creative expression.

Impact & Need

We believe that all youth should have access to the arts – regardless of their socioeconomic status. So far, we are proud to have supported over 18,000 students with mentorship and arts education in Milwaukee and need your support so that our work can continue.
